About the Scholarship

Founded in 2018 in memory of Amba Dalmia, this scholarship aims to support talented Indian women who wish to study in France. Over the years, it has helped more than 20 students realize their academic and creative ambitions. The scholarship is open to women interested in a wide range of fields, including:

• Music, Theatre, Cinema, Ballet, Opera
• Arts, Sculpture, Painting, Photography
• Sports
• Oenology, Culinary Studies
• Tailoring, Stitching, Fashion

What’s on Offer?

Recipients of the Amba Dalmia Scholarship will benefit from:

• A monthly living allowance to help with expenses while studying in France
• Support from the Embassy of France in India, including:
  • Waiver of Campus France and visa fees
  • Access to social security benefits
  • Additional support throughout your stay

Who Can Apply?

• Indian women aged 18 and above
• Strong academic record
• Must have applied to or secured admission in a French institution in one of the eligible fields
• Knowledge of French is a plus, but not required

1. Gather your CV, academic transcripts, proof of admission, motivation letter, and other required documents.
2. Complete the online application form.
3. Submit your application before the deadline: Friday, June 20, 2025, at 11:59 pm IST.
